Return & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Items can be returned within 2 days of delivery.
    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Items purchased on sale or as part of special promotions are not eligible for returns.
  2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
    • To process a return or refund request, an unboxing video is mandatory.
    • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and highlight any damages, defects, or missing items.
  3. Steps to Initiate a Return
    • Email us at www@nidhira.com with your order details, reason for return, and the unboxing video.
    • Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and further instructions.
  4. Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
  5. Refund Process
    • Refunds will be provided in the form of a NIDHIRA gift coupon equivalent to the value of the returned item (excluding shipping costs).
    • The coupon can be used for your next purchase and will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  1. COD Availability
    • COD is available for select locations and orders up to a certain value (as displayed during checkout).
  2. COD Charges
    • An additional COD handling fee may apply to your order. This fee is non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations.
  3. Verification Process
    • For COD orders, we may contact you for confirmation before dispatching the order. Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation.
  4. COD Return & Refund Policy
    • In the case of returns, the refund will be processed in the form of a NIDHIRA gift coupon after verifying the returned item and the unboxing video.
    • COD handling fees are non-refundable.
  5. Non-Acceptance of COD Parcels
    • Refusal to accept a COD order without valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

 

Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellations
    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at www@nidhira.com.
    • After 24 hours, cancellations will not be allowed as the order enters processing.
  2. Refund for Canceled Orders
    • For successful cancellations, the refund will be provided in the form of a NIDHIRA gift coupon, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Customized or altered items
  • Accessories and gift items

 

Damaged or Defective Products

We ensure all products are delivered in excellent condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue at www@nidhira.com.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a gift coupon for the item value.
